Communication:
- What is your team communication plan?
- How and when do you plan to meet, and how will you communicate asynchronously?
Documentation:
- How will your team document your ideas, progress, tasks, and other items?
Perspectives and Contributions:
- How will your team ensure that all team members are able to contribute to the best of their ability?
- What perspectives or expertise from outside of the team will you bring in?
Identity
- What is your initial team name? (We say initial because we expect that more interesting names may appear when you get to know each other and/or develop your ideas more. We will ask this question again later on in the course.)
