CAS2025

Complex Adaptive Systems * March 5-7, 2025 * MIT Campus, Cambridge, MA USA

Participation

Academic and industrial researchers, practitioners and students focused on complex adaptive systems are invited to submit papers, proposals for workshops, and to attend. The organizing committee’s priority is to convene a high quality and diverse mix of theorists, engineering and social science researchers, and practitioners.

Online registration is now closed. In person registration will be available at the conference. Those already registered can confirm their registration by visiting the registration page.

Authors of papers first submitted an abstract to confirm that the proposed topic is aligned with the conference theme. For those accepted, the full papers were reviewed by a global technical program committee for acceptance, feedback, and revision. Final paper submissions were reviewed and scheduled for oral presentation at the conference or as a poster presentation. Only those papers presented in person at the conference will be included in the conference proceedings, to be released by Elsevier after the conference.

Based on the theme of the conference, the organizing committee has invited keynote speakers and organized several panels. Registered attendees can indicate their interest to join the workshops and to participate in an experiment session. A reception hosted by the New England Chapter of INCOSE at the MIT Museum is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5. A Gala Dinner is planned for Thursday March 6 on the MIT campus, including best paper awards.

A student committee, organized by MIT students, will support cohort building across universities, poster sessions, lab visits at MIT, and chances for sharing local culture and dialogue.
