The conference will be held on the MIT Campus, with plenary sessions in Wong Auditorium.
The formal start will be Wednesday morning, March 5 at 9:00am. The doors will open for check-in, coffee and pastries from 8:15am.
Wong Auditorium
Wong Auditorium is on the first floor of MIT Building E51, on the east end of campus near Kendall Square.

MIT Event Venues
MIT Museum
The MIT Museum, recently newly built, is just near the MBTA Kendall Square subway entrance. INCOSE New England will host a reception on Wednesday, March 5th at the Museum.
Morss Hall
The Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony on Thursday March 6 with be held in Morss Hall, in Walker Memorial on the MIT campus.
Travel
Airport
The closest and most convenient airport is BOS (“Logan”) airport. Generally the rates to this airport are competitive. The trip by taxi, hire car, or subway to MIT is short.
Boston public transportation is robust and the city near MIT and in the Boston Back Bay area are very walkable. A rental car is not necessary. If required, parking is not provided by the conference, but several public parking sites are nearby (at a cost).
Hotels
Many hotels in Cambridge and Boston are walkable to the venue or nearby a subway station for a short ride to the MBTA Kendall stop on the red line.
