If you will need an invitation letter from the conference in order to apply for a visa, please download this pdf and fill in your personal information. Forward your invitation letter to reply-to-fluids-health@mit.edu . In the body of the email, please include your mailing address (please make sure to include both your personal and professional addresses) and the deadline for your visa application, and you will receive an official, signed copy of the letter via mail.
