It continually amazes me in modern software how many sophisticated features get added when nevertheless some of the simplest things are broken.
For example, the Drupal cloud product appears to have no easy way to cross-link content between pages. (And even for external links the hyperlink text edit button forces you to edit a link you've pasted from your browser.) And why is the "Save" button down at the bottom of the page behind a bunch of other stuff so that you have to scroll down to the bottom before you can save it? People keep dreaming about Artificial Intelligence and other cool things that computers can do, but those things will never truly arrive if we can fix the little things.
