Accommodations


A limited number of rooms have been arranged on the MIT and BU campuses. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the deadline. Early reservations are strongly encouraged.

Residence hall accommodations are for registered and paid attendees of the ICBCHT 12 conference. Any residence hall reservation without an active and fully paid conference registration is subject to being denied and/or cancelled at the expense of the person who paid for the room.

Boston University (BU) Residence Hall
Accommodations are available from June 12 to June 18, 2026.

Residence hall quick information:

  • Air conditioned suites
  • Suits contain 4 private bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms.
  • 1.7 miles to MIT’s main entrance, within walking distance to public transportation.

Rates: $98.50 per night, plus a non-refundable 3% processing fee.

MIT Residence Hall

Accommodations are available as a 3-night package: check-in on June 14 and check-out on June 17. Check-out on June 18 can be reserved at an additional fee.

  • On MIT campus, within walking distance of conference venue.

3-Night Package Rates*
Single Room: $345.00 per room.
Double-occupancy bed (1 of 2 beds): $270.00 per bed.
Double-occupancy room (2 of 2 beds): $540.00 per room.
*Plus a non-refundable $5 administrative fee per bed.
