After this time, onsite registration may be available on a space-permitting basis.
Payment is due at the time of registration, if paying by credit card or MIT Cost Object. If paying by check or wire transfer, payment is due upon receipt of your auto-generated email confirmation. This confirmation will include a link to access your invoice. Express payment options will not be available onsite. The option to submit payment by wire transfer will close on March 31.

Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations and other changes made be made online or by email to conferences-www@mit.edu.
Refunds for conference cancellations received in writing by April 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM EDT, will be granted, less a 30% processing fee. No refunds will be granted after the cancellation date. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers’ discretion, may be refunded via check. Credit card refunds will be issued to the card that was used to make the payment.
Individuals are solely responsible for making and cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. Please remember that cancelling or changing your conference registration will not automatically cancel or change any hotel and travel arrangements you may have made. MIT takes no responsibility for any damages, costs, or losses, should you cancel or change your conference registration, or should ICBCHT 2026 be cancelled, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
