This renovation of the historic Cable facility merges contemporary industrial design with the site’s rich heritage. The design focuses on optimizing the layout and integrating the picturesque riverfront, creating a dialogue between old and new. The design also features targeted interventions to enhance coherence and efficiency, enriching the interior spaces and creating an ambient working environment, generating newer avenues to boost the Local Economy through the interventions.
