The design of the Hi-tech Park was executed respecting the natural geography of the 300 Acres at Kaliakoir with a spinal road connecting the Industrial and Non-Industrial areas and different intervention points in between. The master-plan preserves the existing water bodies, enhances the park’s aesthetic appeal and ecological health, establishing a forward-thinking model for sustainable development.
