Julia S. Mullen, PHD

Welcome!

I am Technical Staff member and Education, Training and Outreach (ETO) lead in the MIT Lincoln Laboratory Supercomputing Center (LLSC) who works with colleagues in the Office of Research Computing and Data (ORCD) to improve HPC education and training.  As an expert in High Performance Computing for computational engineering applications I focus on re-designing scientific workflows to streamline processing and improve performance of computational engineering applications. 

A key interest is the design and creation of online learning materials, especially materials that integrate hands-on physical construction and experimentation with MOOC technologies. Recently, I have been actively working work with the community of HPC professionals to create learning journeys for supercomputing that provide multiple points of entry to the field.
