Prof. Herbert Einstein And His Lab Join ERL

Prof. Herbert Einstein and his lab, based in MIT’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE), recently became an official part of ERL (although they had already been working with us on some key projects).  The lab specializes in rock mechanics, underground construction, engineering geology, and risk analysis.  Check out this article about their work from the CEE website.
