Congratulations to ERL/Mathematics Postdoctoral Associate Yunyue Elita Li on her publication of “Toward a closed loop from seismic imaging to earth-model building” in the Society of Exploration Geophysics’s Journal The Leading Edge.

Prof. Herbert Einstein and his lab, based in MIT’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE), recently became an official part of ERL (although they had already been working with us on some key projects).  The lab specializes in rock mechanics, underground construction, engineering geology, and risk analysis.  Check out this article about their work…
