About Me
I am a fifth-year PhD student in the Computational and Systems Biology program interested in machine learning for protein design. I am advised by Prof. Kevin Esvelt and am currently working on using machine learning to denoise high-throughput experimental data for protein engineering. More broadly, I am interested in applications of machine learning to structural biology problems in drug discovery. I have previously worked on diffusion models for protein design at Generate Biomedicines, machine learning for drug discovery at Google Accelerated Science and protein/ligand binding with Dr. Lucy Colwell at the University of Cambridge.
I expect to graduate in May and am actively looking for job opportunities in biotech.
