Zhibo Chen is a graduate student in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT. Before coming to MIT, he received his B.S.E. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2020. His research interests include gas turbine propulsion, aerodynamics, aeroacoustics, and computational fluid dynamics. He currently works as a research assistant at MIT Gas Turbine Laboratory. His advisors are Prof. Zoltán S. Spakovszky and Prof. Edward M. Greitzer.
