Bio

I am a Postdoctoral Associate Instructor in the Department of Physics at MIT. My academic background includes a Ph.D. in Theoretical Particle Physics and Cosmology from the University of Delaware and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.

My research is at the intersection of particle physics and cosmology, focusing on subjects such as dark matter, gravitational waves, and topological structures in Grand Unified Theories. I have authored several papers in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of High Energy Physics, Physical Review D and European Physical Journal C. I have also had the opportunity to share my research by delivering talks at numerous international conferences and summer schools.

I am deeply passionate about physics education, drawing on my broad experience as an Instructor of Record for various undergraduate courses and as a mentor for students in advanced topics during my graduate studies at the University of Delaware. Currently, at MIT, I am actively involved with the MIT Online/Residential Physics Education (MORPHE) group, where I contribute to the foundational 8.01 and 8.02 courses. I also serve as an instructor for MIT’s Interphase program and am developing an AI-powered grading tool to enhance the overall educational experience.
