Bio
I am a 1st-year Ph.D. student in mathematics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Before coming here, I studied at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I recieved a B.S. in Mathematics with highest honors and a B.A. in Music. I wrote my undergraduate honors thesis about a multiple-speed system of wave equations under the direction of Jason Metcalfe; you can find it here: doi.org/10.17615/znay-5732. When I’m not in the office, you can still find me playing jazz music at the piano, or listening to a live performance somewhere around town!
