  • The deadline for submission of posters is Wednesday, June 12
    • Posters should be emailed to copytech@mit.edu, with the subject line “TDP Poster Session Order”
    • In the body of the email, please include your name and the preferred printing size. Our poster boards are 4 feet by 6 feet, and we recommend posters no larger than 48 inches by 36 inches
    • Please also UPLOAD a PDF of the poster to the Dropbox that has been set up for this event. No login is required
  • The deadline for the submission of presentations is Wednesday, June 12
    • Presentations can be uploaded to this DropBox or emailed to strampel@mit.edu
    • Please use the following naming format: [Firstname]_[Lastname]_TDP_Slides
    • Also please let us know if your slides are in a format other than PDF or Powerpoint
  • Muddy Charles Pub event (Sunday at 4:30PM): You will be required to demonstrate that you are of legal drinking age in order to enter the Pub. To establish proof of age, the Pub will ONLY accept
    • A driver’s license issued by a US state (or similar US state issued ID) or
    • A valid passport
