In terms of progression, we recommend starting with the free simulator to get comfortable with the codebase and custom libraries, and then building a physical car when resources are available.

RACECAR Simulator Software Installation Guide

The recommended way to start working with RACECAR Neo. The sim features a simulated autonomous racecar with synthetic data that is compatible with our custom software libraries.

Bill of Materials and documentation for building your own physical autonomous robot! Parts are modular and the total price for all components is approximately $1000.

Condensed version of the Robot Build Guide for students. This guide is catered to students that are working with the physical robot for the first time during a course or workshop.

Entry point for installing RACECAR materials. Upon running the setup script, the installer will automatically install the correct simulator type and lab templates to get you started with the course!

RACECAR Neo Library Docs

Documentation to describe custom classes and functions for the RACECAR simulator and physical components. Useful for students to look through to retrieve and process sensor data.


Curriculum

Curriculum for RACECAR Neo is facilitated through our online Edly course platform. Our curriculum is currently only available by request.
